Subprocessors

Introduction
This page contains a list of the subprocessors that Nextmessage B.V. makes use of pursuant to our Privacy Policy and DPA. Nextmessage B.V. is a Dutch company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 72086416 located at Spoorstraat 30A, 6511 AH Nijmegen, and is hereafter referred to as “Nextmessage”.
Changes to the list
Nextmessage uses this list to communicate changes in subprocessors. Changes to this page are made when Nextmessage contracts new subprocessors. Interested parties can subscribe to updates of this page via email. In the event that a subscriber does not agree to a change in subprocessors, the subscriber needs to contact Nextmessage in writing within thirty (30) days documenting their objection and the actions the subscriber wishes Nextmessage to take. When this does not happen, the subscriber consents to the change in subprocessors.
Infrastructure subprocessors
Infrastructure Subprocessors enable Nextmessage to provide the Nextmessage Service (as defined in our Terms and Conditions). The following is an up-to-date list of processors (as of the date of this document):
- Hosting provider: Digital Ocean (application)
- Hosting provider: Vimexx (front-end)
- E-mail provider: MX Relay
Other subprocessors
Other subprocessors enable Nextmessage to provide additional services outside of the Nextmessage Service. Examples of additional services are support and sales activities, marketing and work tracking.
- CRM provider: Hubspot / Outplay
- Accounting software: Exact Online / Basecone / Moneybird
Analytics services
Nextmessage makes use of the following analytics processors to analyse traffic on their websites and services. The following table shows which web properties contain what trackers. In the following table, a web property is a subdomain of nextmessage.nl.
